Partnered with leadership to align business and technical security objectives to meet operational goals and streamline processes while maintaining operational efficiencies. Led and managed ten years of complex program and project management to support IT operations. Led with trust and inspirational leader mindset to deliver security metrics based on diverse data sources and monitor organizational performance strategy. Background on successful IT implementation and presentation to key stakeholders. Successfully coordinates project work to mitigate risks and solve technical issues while providing IT budget oversight.

This expertise empowers me to execute state-of-the-art solutions that amplify efficiency and foster a competitive edge. Utilizing my exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities, I have successfully established and maintained connections with stakeholders across all echelons, facilitating smooth cooperation between the IT department and other functional areas. Mission
The Cybersecurity Leadership Academy is dedicated to empowering individuals from underrepresented groups to become leaders in the cybersecurity field or protectors of the crown jewels within their respective industries. We provide a comprehensive training program, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help our participants develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in executive-level roles and beyond. Our mission is to bridge the leadership gap in cybersecurity by creating a diverse and inclusive community of leaders who can drive innovation, promote equity, and protect the digital world.

At the Cybersecurity Leadership Academy women, military, Black Americans, and marginalized communities, we envision a future where our participants are equipped with the skills, expertise, and influence to shape and sustain the cybersecurity landscape. We envision a future where our graduates are represented in executive-level roles across the industry, driving positive change, and promoting diversity and inclusion. We envision a future where our academy is a beacon of hope for individuals from underrepresented groups, inspiring them to pursue careers in cybersecurity or becoming a technology leadership guardian and fostering a culture of belonging, collaboration, and innovation. Ultimately, we strive to create a world where cybersecurity is a force for good, and everyone can thrive.
